This is what my pork chop looked like right from the oven after Shake N'Bake. Mmmmm, It made me hungry for a buffalo burger but I had to settle for pork. First time I ever had buffalo was at a barbecue at Philmont Scout Center in Cimmarron, New Mexico. Loved that place and that meal.

Cute buffalo chop! I first had a buffalo burger many years ago in Wyoming. It was good, but dry since it is so lean.
